Wah it's opposite of the 47-number i got early at 8.48 a.m...

ReplyDeleteactually u can argue de wo! u can say u ady reached there earlier, wat 4 u hv 2 take another num again...haiz... our gov system still hv 2 be more systematic n be improved!
haha....cant argue la..coz it's my mistake,i dun go ask them 1st..And,i had 2get the bank draft 1st lah...then only can doing the transaction..Actually the system on tat day is quite ok....last year even worst,the server hang leh...i had 2wait more than 3hours more 4my turn...
